RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all components, inserts, and documentation. Items showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Live bees or other live animals

LIVE BEE PURCHASES

Live bee purchases are final once payment is made.

Live bees are typically prepared or allocated specifically to fulfill a purchase and cannot be resold or returned. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for live bee purchases after payment, except where expressly required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability and readiness to receive live bees at the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at joplinareabeekeepersassoc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
