Joplin Area Beekeepers Association operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Joplin Area Beekeepers Association is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Joplin Area Beekeepers Association reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal, educational, or club related use, and not for commercial resale or export, unless expressly authorized by Joplin Area Beekeepers Association or conducted as part of a club sanctioned activity or fundraiser.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Joplin Area Beekeepers Association is powered by Shopify. Any purchases are made directly with Joplin Area Beekeepers Association. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Joplin Area Beekeepers Association. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from such transactions.
