SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled in conjunction with the Joplin Area Beekeepers Association’s monthly meeting, which is generally held on the last Tuesday of each month.
Most orders will be prepared, packed, or made ready for shipment or pickup around this time. Orders placed shortly after a monthly meeting may not be processed until the next scheduled meeting cycle.
Processing timelines may vary based on product availability, seasonal demand, or club activities.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout when available. Shipping options may vary depending on item type, destination, and order size.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Any delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or events outside our control.
RISK OF LOSS
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
LIVE BEE SHIPPING OR PICKUP
If live bees are offered for sale, shipping or pickup details will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Live bee orders may be limited to local pickup or specific delivery windows. Customers are responsible for being present and prepared at the scheduled time.
